The only Exchange Man with a name. Sarcastic, disillusioned, and increasingly suspicious of how deep the bureaucracy goes. Every day is paperwork and paranoia. He never signed up for this. Literally.

Todd is tech support. Todd is also security. Todd doesn’t care. He’s either seen too much or couldn’t be bothered. Either way, he’s probably holding the keys to everything — and forgetting where he put them.
